CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Yoga:
The style of yoga to expect from Julie: A Vinyasa flow with both challenges and stepping into new possibilities for your practice. As the practice builds momentum, we create a balance of steadiness and strength. Her flow will help you to build a natural relationship between your breath and each pose, and work towards helping you make space for yourself. NOTE: ALL Yoga formats offered are multi-level, for any practitioner! Feel welcome to come participate, even if you're new or experienced in Yoga!
Aqua Fitness/Water Aerobics:
Use the buoyancy of the water and the gentle resistance to work your hips and shoulders. Keep your bones and joints healthy while enjoying a fun cardiovascular challenge in the water! It is not too deep, so swimming experience is not needed!
Bellydance:
WOMEN UPLIFTING WOMEN is a major rule for all the formats & especially here.
Bellydancing is one of the best ways to get a core workout with cardio in a fun way! Learn isolation movements, as well as a wide variety of movements for your entire body!
The term “Bellydance” is a broad generalization, and Julie explores various cultures, implementing these with her personal training and group fitness to format a successful dance revel for both fitness and fun!
Modifications are offered, as we focus on building strong arms, powerful hip movements, ribcage movements, with occasional floor work.
SPINNING®:
The Spinning® program is amazing because these classes offer a large variety of rides, movements, motivation and experienced coaching to make sure that the community is moving safe, effectively, and within an engaging environment. The entire global community and world class education is a part of MAD DOGG ATHLETICS®.
